The more links you have…the more search engine “love” you are going to get, AND, simultaneously and quite naturally, the more visibility you are going to garner simply by having more occasions where folks are going to see your URL available to click. Here is an easy tip: Find LOTS of human edited directories to submit your links to.
Why? The search engines value these directories highly…and they are weighted considerably more when it comes to establishing authority. Also, DON’T worry so much about “do or no” follow comments, and simply aim to leave GOOD comments on lots of blogs that are topically relevant to your niche. It’s an easy way to establish authority and interest….as well as a great way to drive (and “steal”) tons and tons of traffic from your competitors.

The truth? Writing articles like this one is a GREAT way to generate tons and tons of traffic to your blog, without doing anything else at all. It not only gives you link love, like above….but it also is a great way of getting your content ranked SUPER highly in the search engines…..often FAR faster than you’d be able to accomplish on your own! I call it “page rank piggyback”…and it’s a great way to get exposure for your blog, using conventional marketing methods, that MOST people simply ignore. (but you shouldn’t if you need more traffic!)
