If you are like me and used one of these popular movie rental machines you have probably found yourself thinking what a great money making idea this would be to own one or even several of these machines. Then you could just sit back and and count your cash. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but these Red Box movie vending machines are not available as a franchise business and are actually solely owned and operated by that great McDonalds franchise, arguably the most visibly recognizable franchise in the world. What a great marketing coup these have become for the McDonalds. They not only attract people to rent a movie for $1.00 but 9 times out of 10 those same people will also go inside and buy some movie munchies. If you could purchase one of these machines the odds are that they would be expensive since they are the latest in movie rental vending technology and as with all new technologies they will come down in price as more manufactures jump in to the this market and develop and enhance the design of these movie rental vending machines. It is possible that year or two down the road the Red Box movie rental machines will diminish in popularity as some other technology advancement replaces it as the current favorite.

If you are looking for a business for yourself I would like to recommend the internet as a much better long term money making option then say a Red Box Franchise. For instance consider Internet Marketing or Online Marketing as it is sometimes called as one such business. By learning and mastering this skill you will be in a position to potentially earn thousands even tens of thousands of dollars and not effected by economic down turns.  I would like to recommend that before considering any online or network marketing business that you do thorough research and due diligence before making any decisions.
